The Girls Who Gather (TGWG) is a welcoming women’s community for women aged 18 and over on the Central Coast, NSW. We bring women together through free events, ticketed experiences, the Hot Girl Walk Club and online spaces designed to help build genuine friendships, meaningful connections and a true sense of belonging 💗
Meet Our Founder
Founded by Maddie Pye, TGWG was born from a simple but powerful idea. No woman should have to feel alone when it comes to friendship and connection.
After navigating her own mental health journey and experiencing how difficult it can be to make new friends as an adult, Maddie set out to create a welcoming space where women could come together, support one another and form lasting friendships.
Since launching TGWG, Maddie has experienced the positive impact of the community firsthand through attending events and connecting with the incredible women who have joined.
Maddie has formed more genuine friendships than she ever imagined possible, and those connections have played a significant role in improving her mental health, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Seeing these same friendships and connections form among other women continues to inspire the mission behind TGWG every day.

How Do the Girls Gather?
Today, TGWG has grown into a thriving community for women aged 18 and over, offering a variety of free and ticketed events designed to bring women together in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment.
From coffee catch ups and social gatherings to yoga classes, wellness workshops, fitness events, our LEMMY'S x TGWG Hot Girl Walk Club, creative experiences and collaborations with local businesses, every event is designed with one purpose in mind: helping women connect.
Whether you're looking to make new friends, prioritise your wellbeing, step outside your comfort zone or simply try something new, our events provide a welcoming space where genuine friendships can flourish.
