Welcome to The Girls Who Gather (TGWG). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, attending events or participating in our community, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or participate in our events.
2. Eligibility
The Girls Who Gather is a community designed for women aged 18 years and over. By attending our events or joining our community, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Event Bookings
All event registrations are subject to availability.
Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Girls Who Gather.
We reserve the right to amend event details, including dates, times, venues and inclusions where necessary.
4. Refunds and Ticket Transfers
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law:
- All event ticket purchases are final and non refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time.
- Transfer requests received less than 24 hours before an event may not be accommodated.
- If an attendee chooses not to attend an event, no refund, credit or exchange will be provided.

5. Merchandise
Where physical merchandise is sold through our website:
- Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist.
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
6. Code of Conduct
By purchasing a ticket or attending a TGWG event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with The Girls Who Gather Code of Conduct.
Our community is built on kindness, respect, inclusion and genuine connection. All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner.
The Girls Who Gather reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, threatening, harassing or otherwise inconsistent with our community values.
Any attendee removed from an event for breaching the Code of Conduct will not be entitled to a refund.
7. Health and Personal Responsibility
Participation in our events is voluntary.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically able to participate in any activity and should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
You participate in events at your own risk and agree to take responsibility for your own health, safety and personal belongings.
8. Independent Meetups and Member Interactions
One of the goals of The Girls Who Gather is to help women build genuine friendships and meaningful connections.
However, any meetings, communications, social gatherings or activities organised independently between members outside of officially hosted TGWG events are undertaken entirely at the participants' own discretion and risk.
The Girls Who Gather is not responsible or liable for any conduct, incidents, disputes, injuries, losses or damages arising from private interactions or meetups between members that occur outside of official TGWG events or platforms.
9. Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be captured during TGWG events for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in this content. If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please notify an organiser before or during the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs and materials are the property of The Girls Who Gather unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
11. Third Party Links and Partners
Our website may feature third party businesses, affiliate links, sponsors or collaboration partners.
While we proudly support these businesses, The Girls Who Gather is not responsible for their products, services, websites or business practices. Any purchases or dealings with third parties are solely between you and that business.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Girls Who Gather excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
