Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Girls Who Gather, we carefully plan each event based on attendee numbers, venue capacity and supplier commitments. To help us deliver the best possible experience for our community, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all event bookings.

Event Tickets

All Sales Are Final

All event ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal circumstances or non-attendance.

Please ensure you are available to attend before completing your booking.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another woman aged 18 years or older.

To allow us to update our attendance records, all ticket transfer requests must be communicated to The Girls Who Gather at least 48 hours before the event start time.

The original ticket holder is responsible for arranging the transfer and providing the new attendee's details. Requests received within 48 hours of the event may not be accommodated.

Missed Events

If you do not attend an event, your ticket will be forfeited. Refunds, credits or transfers to future events will not be provided.

Event Changes or Cancellation

From time to time, The Girls Who Gather may need to postpone, reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

If this occurs, affected attendees will be contacted as soon as reasonably practicable and advised of any available options, including rescheduling or refunds where appropriate.

Free Events

Some of our events are free to attend but still require registration. If you can no longer attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking as early as possible so your place can be offered to another member of the community.

Merchandise

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to event tickets and registrations only.

Any merchandise purchased through The Girls Who Gather, including apparel or other physical products, will be governed by a separate Shipping & Returns Policy published on our website.
