WHAT TO EXPECT

GIRL, IT'S TIME TO SWITCH OFF AND FLOAT AWAY!

We'll be meeting at Mackenzie Reserve in Budgewoi, where you'll be welcomed by our lovely facilitators before settling onto your very own Aqua Sculpt floating board.

And don't worry about bringing anything to get comfortable, WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED!

You'll be provided with a cosy blanket, pillow and eye mask, so all you need to do is lie back, relax and enjoy the experience.

Mel from Inner Soul Sanctuary will then guide you through a beautiful one-hour sound bath, surrounded by soothing sounds and the gentle movement of the water beneath you.

You're lying back on your floating board, wrapped in a cosy blanket, listening to calming sounds and enjoying a moment where there's absolutely NOTHING you need to do.

No rushing, no distractions, no expectations.

Once our sound bath finishes, we'll gently transition into a grounding session, where our lovely friends at The Island Cafe will be treating the girls to their delicious homemade protein balls!

WHAT TO BRING

JUST YOUR WATER BOTTLE!

We've got everything else covered, including your floating board, cosy blanket, pillow and eye mask!

All you need to do is show up, get comfortable and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation!

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for being near the water, as there is a possibility of getting wet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

💗 This event is exclusively for women aged 18 years and over.

💗 No previous sound bath or Aqua Sculpt experience is required.

💗 This is a floating sound bath experience, not a Pilates class.

💗 All floating equipment, blankets, pillows and eye masks will be provided.

💗 Participants will be lying on floating Aqua Sculpt boards, and there is a possibility of getting wet.

💗 Please advise facilitators of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, sound sensitivities or concerns before participating.

💗 All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the facilitators.

💗 This event is weather and water-condition dependent. Should conditions be unsuitable, attendees will be contacted regarding any changes.

💗 Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to applicable consumer law.

💗 Please arrive on time for the introduction and safety briefing.
