Join The Girls Who Gather in collaboration with Charlotte Separovic from Coached By Char, hosted at Snap Fitness Tuggerah, for a supportive and educational Small Group Personal Training session designed specifically for women.

One of the things we love most about The Girls Who Gather is celebrating the incredible women within our community and partnering with passionate local businesses. We're so excited to collaborate with Charlotte to help women feel stronger, more confident and empowered in their fitness journey.

Whether you've never stepped foot inside a gym, feel intimidated by weight training or simply want to improve your lifting technique, this beginner friendly session has been designed to help you build confidence in a welcoming and judgement free environment.

Led by Personal Trainer Charlotte Separovic, this small group session focuses on teaching the correct techniques for fundamental strength training movements, helping you develop a strong foundation before progressing into more advanced training.

The goal is to help you feel confident using gym equipment, understand proper form and learn how to move safely and effectively.

A complimentary 45 minute Personal Training session with Charlotte to be booked at a later date, where you'll assess your goals, refine your technique and create a personalised approach to your fitness journey.

This session is suitable for women aged 18 years and over and all fitness levels, with absolutely no previous gym or strength training experience required.

Many women attend their very first TGWG event on their own and are often surprised by how quickly they feel comfortable, included and connected.

Important Information

This is a ticketed community event, however, registrations are essential as places are strictly limited to 15 women.

Please secure your FREE ticket through our website to reserve your place.

If you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that you let The Girls Who Gather know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another woman in our community.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins so you have plenty of time to check in, meet the other girls and get settled before we start.
