Step into the magic of the Full Moon and join us for an evening of movement, connection and self-discovery at The Wild Within, a beautiful Full Moon Circle in collaboration with Yin Alchemy Collective and Soulistic Blends.

The Full Moon is a powerful time to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the strongest, most authentic version of yourself. This evening isn't about being perfect. It's about embracing who you are, honouring your journey and celebrating the incredible women around you.

Together, we'll gather at the beautiful Theia Studios to move our bodies, quiet our minds and reconnect with our inner strength through embodied movement, somatic practices, ceremonial cacao and meaningful connection.

Whether you're new to women's circles or have attended many before, this evening is designed to leave you feeling empowered, grounded and deeply connected to both yourself and the incredible women beside you.

Arrive, settle into the space, enjoy a delicious ceremonial cacao by Soulistic Blends and connect with the beautiful women around you as we begin the evening with intention.

Embodied Dance & Somatic Movement

Guided by Yin Alchemy Collective, you'll be invited to gently move your body in a way that feels authentic to you. There are no dance routines or expectations, just an opportunity to release tension, reconnect with yourself and embrace the freedom of movement.

Full Moon Reflection & Self Connection

Together, we'll honour the energy of the Full Moon through guided reflection, creating space to let go of what no longer serves you while welcoming clarity, confidence and new intentions for the month ahead. This experience is designed to help you ground yourself, reconnect with the present moment and soak in the magic of the evening.

Connection Circle

Close the evening by sharing (if you wish), connecting with like-minded women and leaving with a renewed sense of belonging, empowerment and self-love.
