The Girls Who Gather are teaming up with Wholesome Adventure Club and Rise & Conquer for our Hot Girl Hike + Self Reflection, combining movement, mindfulness, journaling and connection in one beautiful morning.
Whether you’re coming with your girlfriends or completely solo, you’re so welcome. Our events are designed to create a safe and inclusive space where you can meet new people, try something different and form genuine friendships along the way.
YOUR $15 TICKET INCLUDES
💗 1-hour guided social hike from Crackneck Point Lookout
💗Your very own journal from Rise & Conquer to use and take home
💗 30-minute guided self-reflection + journaling session
💗 Bird identification chart to use along the way

THE HIKE
We’ll meet at the main carpark at Crackneck Point Lookout before heading off together for approximately one hour of hiking and exploring.
Led in collaboration with Wholesome Adventure Club, this is about more than getting your steps in.
We’ll slow things down, take in our surroundings, keep an eye out for local birdlife and enjoy some wholesome time outdoors with the girls.
This is a social hike, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to chat, meet new people and make connections along the way.
SELF REFLECTION + JOURNALING
After our hike, we’ll come together for approximately 30 minutes of guided journaling and self-reflection.
Every attendee will receive their own Rise & Conquer journal to use during the session and take home afterwards.
We’ll use this time to slow down, reflect and put pen to paper after spending the morning moving our bodies and connecting with nature.
No journaling experience is needed. Just come as you are.
GIRLS’ LUNCH AFTERWARDS
Don’t rush off after the hike!
For anyone who would like to keep the wholesome Saturday going, we’ll be heading out for a girls’ lunch together afterwards.
Lunch is completely optional and is not included in your event ticket, so everyone will simply purchase their own food and drinks.

COMING ALONE?
Please do!
You don’t need to know anyone before coming along. Plenty of women attend TGWG events completely solo.
Our community is all about creating a welcoming space where you can arrive on your own and leave having met some amazing new people.
A social hike is also one of the easiest ways to meet new friends. You’re moving, chatting and experiencing something together without any pressure.
