Slow down, switch off and spend your Sunday evening reconnecting with yourself and an amazing group of women at Sound & Soul: Sound Bath & Social. 

The Girls Who Gather are collaborating with Luminary Soul Space x Rise Up Movement Co to bring our community a beautiful evening combining 45 minutes of deep relaxation and sound healing, followed by time to connect and socialise with like-minded girlies.

Whether you're coming with a friend or completely solo, this is your invitation to take some time for yourself, try something new and meet some beautiful new people along the way.

THE SOUND BATH

We'll begin our evening with a 45-minute sound bath experience led by Luminary Soul Space.

Get comfortable on your yoga mat, pop on your eye mask, close your eyes and allow yourself to completely switch off while you're immersed in the sounds and vibrations of the session.

Rise Up Movement Co will provide each girl with a grip towel to hire and use during the session.

As the towels are for hire only and must be returned at the end of the evening, we highly recommend bringing your own yoga mat to place underneath your grip towel for extra comfort throughout the sound bath.

And if you fall in love with your grip towel during the session, Rise Up Movement Co will be gifting every girl an exclusive discount voucher to put towards purchasing one of their own! 

No previous sound bath, meditation or wellness experience is needed. Simply come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down.

STAY FOR THE SOCIAL

Once our sound bath finishes, don't rush off!

We'll spend the final 30 minutes of the evening socialising, giving you the opportunity to chat, connect and get to know the other women in the room.

TGWG is all about creating genuine friendships and connection, so we've intentionally included this time rather than everyone heading straight home after the session.

Come alone and leave knowing a few more friendly faces.

Your Rise Up Movement Co grip towel will be provided for use during the session and must be returned at the end of the event.

So many women come to TGWG events completely solo, and you absolutely won't be the only one.

Our community is all about creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where you can walk into an event not knowing anyone and leave having made new connections and friendships.

Sound & Soul is the perfect event if you've been wanting to attend something on your own. Enjoy some time for yourself during the sound bath, followed by a relaxed opportunity to meet and connect with the other girls afterwards.

PLEASE NOTE

💗 This event is for women aged 18+

💗 Only 12 tickets are available due to the intimate nature of the sound bath

💗 Please arrive ready for a 6:30pm start

💗 Please bring your own yoga mat, eye mask and water bottle

💗 Rise Up Movement Co grip towels are provided for hire/use during the session only and must be returned at the end of the event

💗 Every attendee will receive a Rise Up Movement Co discount voucher to put towards purchasing their own grip towel

💗 Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing

💗 Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the event
