Looking for practical self defence training on the Central Coast, an opportunity to build confidence, or a supportive event where you can learn valuable life skills alongside like minded women?
Join The Girls Who Gather in collaboration with Gabby Watford for an empowering evening designed to help women feel stronger, safer and more confident in everyday life.
Led by highly experienced martial arts instructor Gabby Watford, this beginner friendly workshop combines practical self defence techniques with confidence building strategies in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Gabby is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and a 4th Degree Kickboxing Instructor, with years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults across the Central Coast. She is passionate about helping women feel confident, capable and calm under pressure, with a strong focus on personal safety, empowerment and resilience.
One of the things we love most about The Girls Who Gather is partnering with incredible women who are passionate about empowering others. We're so excited to collaborate with Gabby to bring our community a workshop that provides practical skills every woman can carry with her long after the evening ends.
This workshop is suitable for women aged 18 years and over, with no previous martial arts or self defence experience required. Whether you're looking to learn practical skills, build confidence or simply try something new, you'll be welcomed into a supportive and judgement free environment.

Important Information
Spaces for this workshop are limited and bookings are essential.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop begins so you have plenty of time to check in, meet the other girls and get settled before we start.
Please note that all ticket purchases are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person up to 48 hours prior to the event. If you require assistance transferring your ticket, please contact The Girls Who Gather and we'll be happy to help.
